Roles and Responsibilities
Front Desk Monitoring: Welcome visitors, answer basic questions, and maintain a friendly/helpful presence at the front desk.
Event & Class Guidance: Provide directions and assist attendees in finding the correct rooms for their scheduled events or classes during that time frame.
