CPR Training

CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is an emergency life-saving procedure used when someone's breathing or heartbeat stops, often due to cardiac arrest, choking, drowning, or severe trauma.

CPR training teaches people how to:

  • Recognize cardiac arrest

  • Perform effective chest compressions

  • Give rescue breaths (if trained)

  • Use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

  • Stay calm and coordinate with emergency responders

It is simple, hands-on training designed for both medical and non-medical individuals.
