India Fest- Youth Patriotic Fancy Dress Competition

Get ready to show off your patriotic spirit at the India Fest 2024 Youth Fancy Dress Competition! Whether you’re dressing up as a freedom fighter or a national symbol, it’s all about celebrating India in the most creative way. Let’s have some fun and bring our love for the country to life with amazing costumes. Participants will also get the opportunity to get a group photo with Sonu Sood! Can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with! Please see below for the rules: 

Fancy Dress Competition Rules:

1. Theme Adherence: Costumes must align with the patriotic theme, representing Indian national symbols, freedom fighters, or any other aspect of India's rich heritage.

2. Age: Children under the age of 18 will be permitted to compete 

3. Props and Accessories: Small props and accessories are allowed but must be carried or worn by the participant. No large setups or dangerous items (e.g., sharp objects, fire) are permitted.

4. Time Limit: Each participant will have the opportunity to share a 1 sentence message about their character or symbol.

5. Respect and Appropriateness: Costumes should be respectful and culturally sensitive. Offensive or inappropriate attire will result in disqualification.

6. Registration: Participants must register in advance and provide details about their costume. Walk-in participants may be accepted based on availability.

7. Punctuality: All participants must arrive on time for their designated slot. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate.

8. Parental Guidance: For all participants, parental guidance is required, especially in helping to create or manage the costume. Please do not leave your child unattended.
