National US India Chamber of Commerce is honored to take a lead in launching a new initiative: the COVID19 US India Economic Development Task Force and Resource Center for COVIDpreneurs to support the SMEs and MBEs of the US and MSMEs of India now and post COVID19.

As we all know that the world economy is to contract by 3%, there is definitely an impact in the US and India as well. at the informal request of the US department of commerce, we invite all the indian chambers to join this task force in becoming a united front to tackle the post-covid economic development efforts to normalize the business community.

This resource center will share information on 1) federal programs and services that are available to assist businesses during the period of uncertainty, 2) as you may already know, the congress passed with full bipartisan support a federal 2.2 trillion dollar stimulus and relief package to support the small businesses throughout the US.

This resource center will share information on funding opportunities for businesses, alternative sources of funding, grants available to 501c3 nonprofit organizations, as well as the 501c6 chambers of commerces. This will be a platform to all businesses and chambers and economic development agencies and centers to become a powerful business community to benefit all.
