Call4Calm Textline
If you are feeling anxious or stressed about the effects of COVID-19, the Illinois Department of Human Services offers a free-of-charge emotional support text line: Call4Calm. In such uncertain times, reaching out for help is extremely important. All you have to do is text “TALK” to 552020 to speak with an informed professional. Call4Calm is completely anonymous and individuals can also text 552020 with keywords such as "unemployment" or "food" or "shelter" to receive specific information on how to navigate and access supports and services.

MICS COVID-19 Physician Helpline
A helpline run by physicians and provided by MICS, a community service organization based in Michigan
Several groups including professional experts and task forces have been created to address multiple needs in the community during these tough times. A MICS hotline and medical hotline 2488732020 was established that Indian community members can use to benefit from expert’s advise.

The Sanjeevani team has two helplines available to help with issues dealing with advocacy, resources, and support (including counseling). They recognize that during this tough time, we must all be there for each other and are available 24x7 to assist you.
